lapar lagi laa...cane ney??

haa..dah lunch kn?? tp still rasa lapar lagi ?? haa..kalau perut belum berasa kenyang walaupun dah lunch *makan nasi ayam..huh..sedapnye..*, kita dah tak boleh makan makanan yg berat lagi.. snek pun tak digalakkan taw..tak baik utk kesihatan n penghadaman.. 

haa..drpd makan makanan yg tak berkhasiat ape kata kita makan sebiji epal.. kalau korang nak taw sebiji epal  kaya dengan sumber antioksida n vitamin C.. kandungan antioksida seperti flavonoid juga mampu memerangi penyakit kanser... mm..see! disebalik rasa epal yg sedap n rangup tu terkandung seribu satu khasiat..
epal merah..yummy!!
